Vincent runs 11 inches long with a shaft that keeps widening the deeper it goes, so you set the limit rather than the toy.

At 11" long and 2.2" thick, Vincent opens slim at the tip and gains steadily through the shaft, so how much you take is up to you rather than fixed by the shape. Three thrust patterns, three vibration levels, and three synced combinations run under it, all set from a wireless remote.

Manual heating brings the silicone up to body temperature, warming the shaft before contact. The flesh-toned silicone stays soft over a firmer inner core, and Vincent ships quietly packaged with nothing on the outside.

Free, tracked shipping right across New Zealand. Every order ships discreetly from our overseas fulfilment centre, with NZ Post handling the final leg to your door.

• Processing: Orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

No surprise charges: all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:

1. Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
2. During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
3. Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:

1. Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
2. Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.

Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects

Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:

1. Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
2. Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.

After 90 Days

After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
