Free, tracked shipping right across New Zealand. Every order ships discreetly from our overseas fulfilment centre, with NZ Post handling the final leg to your door.
- Processing: Orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.
No surprise charges: all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

I was worried the real product wouldn’t match the photos, but it actually looked better in person. The material and detail feel high quality and worth it.
The first use honestly surprised me. The intensity was stronger than I expected and it didn’t drop off quickly. Definitely more powerful than I thought.
The material feels soft on the outside but still firm inside, which gives a good balance between comfort and control.
I really like the fuller sections. They add a more realistic feeling during use and make everything feel more natural.
The surface texture is very detailed. You can feel the friction lightly, which makes the sensation build up gradually.
Opening it was a bit of a surprise in a good way. The realism is quite striking in terms of colour and shape.
When switched off, it’s fairly quiet, but once the functions start, the power is noticeable. That contrast makes it more interesting to use.
For a first electric toy, I think it’s a good starting point. Not too overwhelming and fairly easy to get used to.
The area between the head and shaft hits quite well during use. The pressure builds in a way that feels quite effective.
Delivery was quicker than expected and packaging was discreet, which made the whole process easy and relaxed.
The controls are simple and easy to understand. Cleaning is quick too, just rinse and it’s done. Very low effort overall.
