Shipping Information
Free, tracked shipping right across New Zealand. Every order ships discreetly from our overseas fulfilment centre, with NZ Post handling the final leg to your door.
- Processing: Orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.
No surprise charges: all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.
Discreet Packaging
Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box. No branding, no product names, nothing on the label that hints at what's inside. Just a clean, anonymous parcel at your door, the way it should be.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
Note on dildos with a soft, skin-friendly feel: For an optimal experience, we recommend purchasing a new product after 90 days of use.
