You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
Note on dildos with a soft, skin-friendly feel: For an optimal experience, we recommend purchasing a new product after 90 days of use.
I wouldn’t call Kimi tiny or overly gentle. It’s beginner friendly but you still need to take your time. First use felt quite intense, but after a few minutes it became much easier to handle.
Kimi is generally solid, but not the easiest first step if you are a very cautious beginner. You do notice the thickness. With enough lube and patience it works well and feels well made.
Soft at first touch but still holds its shape during use. That balance makes it easier to control than I expected.
I really like the material. Soft outer feel but still enough firmness to stay in control. The veins are noticeable and you can actually feel the texture a bit, which makes it more interesting.
I tried it after work without expecting much. The size felt just right, enough to feel it properly without being overwhelming. After cleaning it was easy to store away again.
The head and balls actually look better than I expected. The colouring is natural and the shape looks more realistic than many smooth models.
I like Kimi more when using it with a partner than solo. It’s easy to handle and the shape gives more options. The rounded base area is noticeable but not distracting.
Compared to other simple models I’ve used, this one feels more realistic. Not just the colour, but the veins and softer texture make a difference.
For me it sits in a good middle range. Not too small, not extreme, but with enough fullness to feel satisfying.
The surface is smooth enough for comfort but not so plain that it feels boring. With lube the texture becomes more noticeable in a good way.
Visually it looks more realistic than the product photos suggested. Head shape, colour and texture all look well done.
Not the most extreme model I own, but definitely one I would use again. That says a lot for me.
