- Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

The weight stood out immediately. It feels solid and well made, not hollow or cheap at all.
I usually go for longer models but Londo changed my mind. The thickness is what really makes the difference here.
The surface feels soft but still holds its shape. That balance gives it a quality feel.
When I first unpacked Londo I was honestly surprised by how solid it felt. It’s not especially long but it has a stronger presence than many bigger models.
What I noticed straight away was the pronounced head. During use you can clearly feel the difference between head and shaft which gives it a more interesting sensation.
The colouring looks quite natural. The slightly pink head especially stands out against the shaft and looks surprisingly realistic.
The area under the head is really well designed. There’s a bit of resistance there that feels different from other models.
The veins are visible but not overdone. The details are subtle but make the overall look more realistic.
You feel the thickness quite early on which makes every movement more intense without needing deep use.
The proportions work really well. Short, thick and compact which makes it easier to control than longer models.
Compared to slimmer toys I own this feels much fuller. It clearly focuses on girth rather than length.
Overall it’s one of the better compact models I’ve tried. Realistic, well made and has its own character.
