- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.

After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

The moving balls looked like a gimmick at first but in use they actually make a difference. They feel softer and less rigid than expected.
When I first opened it I noticed the outer layer immediately. It doesn’t feel like a normal smooth toy, it has movement which makes it more interesting.
Compared to smooth toys I used before this one feels different. The outer skin moves slightly over the core which gives a more lifelike sensation.
The gliding skin felt unusual at first. It took a few tries to understand how it works and how much lube to use. After that it felt good but different.
I didn’t rush the first use. The outer layer moves slightly with pressure which creates a more natural friction. Not stronger just more lifelike.
Even with the moving skin it doesn’t feel unstable. The core keeps it steady while the outer layer adds comfort. Good balance overall.
I use it when I have time rather than quick sessions. It works better when you take it slow. That’s when the skin movement becomes noticeable.
The suction base works best on tiles or smooth cupboard surfaces. On wood it doesn’t hold as well which is expected. On smooth surfaces it stays firmly in place.
Visually it looks better than expected. The darker tone and pink tip make it look more realistic than standard smooth models.
Cleaning takes a bit more attention because of the moving skin. Not hard just not a quick rinse. Once cleaned properly there is no smell.
Letting it rest before use makes a difference. The outer layer feels more responsive when used slowly.
The material doesn’t feel cold or artificial. With lube it feels more natural and comfortable than expected.
Stability is better than I thought. I expected the soft skin to make it harder to control but the core keeps everything steady.
My partner noticed the moving skin straight away. It looks more alive compared to fixed silicone models.
After a few uses I got more comfortable with it. Slower use makes the skin movement more noticeable and enjoyable.
