You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

The suction base surprised me. On tiles it holds firmly and makes hands free use easy.
With a partner it feels more relaxed because the suction base allows hands free use.
WELL I BOUGHT IT FOR MY PARTNER AND SHE LOVED IT
The heating function makes more difference than I thought. Once warmed it feels less artificial and more natural.
I usually use calmer settings after work. Not every mode suits every mood but once you find your rhythm it works well.
You can tell Wolfgang is not a small toy. For beginners it would be too intense because of the fullness and power.
The motor is not as loud as I expected. You can hear it but it doesn’t ruin the mood.
I used it in the shower and it worked fine. Cleaning was quick and easy afterwards.
The overall feeling is very full but still controlled. The combination of heat and movement makes it more intense than simpler toys.
I don’t use all the modes. Some are too strong for me so I stick to the middle settings.
Packaging was discreet with no indication of contents which I appreciated.
The thrusting power is stronger than expected but still controlled rather than chaotic.
I didn’t start Daniel on full power. It already looks serious so I eased into it with lube and lower settings.
The vibration in the tip is more noticeable than I expected and adds a layered sensation.
Cleaning is simple and the silicone doesn’t hold any smell.
Wolfgang works best when you ease into it. Starting with warmth and low settings makes it more enjoyable.
The warmth feels natural and makes the material less artificial especially in colder conditions.
It’s heavier and stronger than my usual toys so I only use it when I want something intense.
When unpacked it feels solid and well built. The size makes an impression but the surface is still soft.
The veins and texture are noticeable during slower movement without feeling rough.
Battery life is enough for a full session but I still prefer charging fully beforehand.
The different modes are useful even if I don’t use all of them. Having options is practical.
After multiple uses I’m still satisfied. It’s strong, direct and clearly made for experienced users who like intensity.
