- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

I was sceptical at first because I’ve tried other electric toys that were loud or stiff. Rolf feels more comfortable. The vibration in the tip is good and the thrusting feels smooth.
The different modes are actually useful. Some are slow and deep while others are more direct. I mainly use a couple of them that suit me best.
The mix of heat thrusting and vibration works well together. It doesn’t feel overwhelming and you can ease into it. The tip adds extra stimulation without being too much.
Visually it looks more realistic than I expected. Shape texture and colour all look good especially combined with heat it feels more lifelike.
The heat function was a nice surprise. It feels closer to body warmth rather than cold material. Combined with movement it makes the experience feel more natural.
Delivery was fast and fully discreet. You couldn’t tell what it was from the outside which I really appreciate.
The material feels soft and comfortable but still has structure. With lube everything works smoothly and the stimulation feels quite strong.
The size is manageable but took a bit of getting used to. Some modes are quite strong so I don’t use every function.
The remote is actually really handy. No need to adjust manually all the time which makes it better especially with a partner.
Used it in the bathroom and cleaning was easy. Just rinse and dry properly afterwards and everything stays fine.
The stimulation is noticeable but not overwhelming. Not ideal for complete beginners but good for people who like electric toys.
Cleaning is straightforward. Warm water mild cleaner and done. Silicone doesn’t hold smell which is a big plus.
Battery life is decent. I prefer charging fully before use so it doesn’t stop halfway. Otherwise it works as expected.
