We offer Free & Discreet Shipping on every order to New Zealand - no awkward labels, no one will know what's inside.
1. Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times Your order ships from our overseas fulfilment centre and is handed to NZ Post / CourierPost for final delivery once it reaches New Zealand.
- Express: 5–8 business days (DHL / UPS / FedEx)
- Standard: 6–10 business days (tracked economy + NZ Post last-mile)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing and rural delivery.
3. Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel the whole way at:

4. GST & Customs - No Surprises
All prices at checkout include 15% New Zealand GST. There's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Every order ships in a plain, sturdy box - no branding, no product names on the outside. Just a clean, anonymous parcel at your door.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, take a few clear photos and email us within 48 hours at support@realdick.co.nz. We'll arrange a replacement right away.
7. Haven't Received Your Order?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.
