- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

The veins and skin texture look well made and give it a more realistic feel overall.
The thrust and vibration mix on Gerrit makes it feel more varied than most toys I’ve tried. You can switch modes so it doesn’t get repetitive.
The remote is genuinely useful. You can change settings without adjusting position all the time, which makes things more comfortable.
The front stimulation ended up being stronger than I expected. Combined with thrusting it creates a pretty intense feeling.
The motor is stronger than I thought. I usually stay on medium settings because high is already enough for me.
The suction base holds well on tiles and smooth surfaces. That makes hands free use much easier.
I’ve used it in the shower with no issues. Clean up is simple afterwards, just rinse and dry.
Battery life is about what I expected. Enough for a normal session and charging is straightforward.
Packaging was completely discreet which I appreciated. No indication of what was inside at all.
