Free, tracked shipping right across New Zealand. Every order ships discreetly from our overseas fulfilment centre, with NZ Post handling the final leg to your door.
- Processing: Orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.
No surprise charges: all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
Note on dildos with a soft, skin-friendly feel: For an optimal experience, we recommend purchasing a new product after 90 days of use.
Jodie feels nicely soft as soon as you touch it but not so soft that it becomes hard to control. I started slowly and liked that it didn’t feel intimidating. Works well for a relaxed evening without needing much of a warm up.
I’d honestly call this more beginner friendly but not in a boring way. The slim shape means it doesn’t feel overwhelming at first but you can still clearly feel it. With enough lube insertion was pretty easy for me.
The bendable core is more useful than I expected. I adjusted it before use and it stayed in position. That actually makes a noticeable difference and saves you from constant readjusting.
The surface feels soft and skin like but still stable. I like that it doesn’t look like a plain smooth toy. The veins and shaped tip add a bit of detail without making it feel too intense.
With Jodie you do need to find the right angle. First try wasn’t perfect but the second felt much better. Not really a downside just something to figure out if you’re new to flexible toys.
The details actually look better in real life than in photos. The tip and light folds look well made and you can feel a bit of texture without it feeling rough or artificial.
The suction base works well on smooth tiles. On slightly rough surfaces it’s average but that’s normal. On clean surfaces it holds steady and lets you go hands free.
My partner also tried it and said it looks less extreme than other models. I agree it looks realistic but not over the top which makes it easier to use together.
If you’re after something very full or intense Jodie might feel a bit gentle. For me that was actually ideal because I wanted something more controlled and easy going.
After a few uses I still like it. It’s easy to clean, simple to use, and still feels good over time. Not really a showpiece toy but something you actually reach for again.
