You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.
Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use
If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.
After 90 Days
After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
Note on dildos with a soft, skin-friendly feel: For an optimal experience, we recommend purchasing a new product after 90 days of use.
The suction base works really well on tiles. I placed it on a smooth bathroom surface and didn’t need to adjust it again. On slightly rougher surfaces it’s weaker but on tiles it holds firmly and allows hands free use.
The vibration in the tip actually surprised me. I thought it would be a small extra but together with the movement it makes everything feel more direct. Starting on lower settings feels more natural rather than too intense.
Daniel is definitely not beginner friendly. The size and pressure are quite strong. If you have experience and want something with more fullness than smaller toys, it’s a good option.
The remote is actually very practical. You can switch settings without interrupting anything. First time I had to figure it out but after that it was easy to use.
I used it in the shower and rinsed it straight after. Cleaning was easy and it dried without issues. Just make sure it’s properly dried afterwards.
I don’t use every mode. Some are too strong for me and don’t match my pace. The middle settings work best for me.
Build quality feels solid. Nothing loose or cheap. After cleaning it still looks good and ready to use again.
With a partner it’s more interesting than solo use. The remote makes it easier because you don’t need to move. A bit unusual at first but actually quite fun.
Straight out of the box you can tell Daniel is heavy and solid. The material is soft but still controlled which gives confidence during use.
Cleaning is simple. Warm water and mild cleaner, then focus on folds and details, especially around the balls. Not difficult just takes a bit more time.
The mix of realistic design and function works well. Veins and head shape are not just visual, you can actually feel them during use.
I’ve used electric toys before but Daniel feels more powerful. Not something for every day but good for when you want something more intense.
