You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:
- Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
- Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
- Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.
Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects
Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:
- Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
- Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.

After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.

The middle section gives a strong full feeling which is exactly what I wanted. The soft outer layer and firmer core make it easy to control during use.
The size suits me well. Not too small but also not intimidating. With lube it becomes much more comfortable and the shape is easy to work with when going slowly.
At first I was careful because Anders feels stronger in the hand than it looks. After a few minutes it became much easier and more comfortable. You just need to take your time.
What I like is that it doesn’t just look big for the sake of it. The tip is comfortable, the surface is soft, and the shaft stays stable which makes it easier to use regularly.
For complete beginners it might feel a bit much because of the fullness. Not painful but definitely noticeable. With patience it becomes manageable.
The silicone feels soft on the outside but not sticky. Straight after unpacking I could tell it wasn’t cheap material. After cleaning it was ready to use straight away.
The suction base works best on smooth tiles. On textured surfaces it is weaker but that’s normal. On clean surfaces it holds firmly enough for hands free use.
I used it one evening just to test it and ended up using it longer than expected. The shape felt comfortable and easy to get used to. No complications just straightforward use.
Visually Anders looks more realistic than many smoother models. The head veins and colour look natural and not overdone. In real life it looks better than in the photos.
It sits well in the hand and is easy to control. The weight is noticeable but not annoying. You stay in control during use without it feeling too soft or unstable.
Build quality is good but you should be ready for the size. You need enough lube. With proper prep it feels good but without it it can feel too intense.
It is not only for advanced users but also not for complete beginners. With patience it works well and the shape helps make the experience smoother.
With enough lube it makes a big difference. I would not recommend using it dry because the size and texture need preparation to feel comfortable.
When unpacked it felt solid and well made. It has real presence in the hand which makes it feel more premium than expected.
Packaging was neutral and discreet. No clues on the outside and no smell from the product. Everything was well packed.
