Running the full length, a bendable metal core flexes to any angle and holds it once set, so direction and depth stay in your hands rather than fixed from the factory. Along the underside, a defined spine ridge runs the length of the shaft, adding sharper tactile contact as you go. Up top, the full, rosy glans sits warm and rounded against the textured shaft, a clear focal point.

Down the shaft, the dual-density silicone keeps a soft, skin-like surface over a firmer core, while pronounced veining finishes the look. The body-safe medical-grade silicone wipes down simply, and the strong suction base grips smooth surfaces for hands-free use. Liam arrives in a plain box with nothing on the outside.

Free, tracked shipping right across New Zealand. Every order ships discreetly from our overseas fulfilment centre, with NZ Post handling the final leg to your door.

• Processing: Orders packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: Most parcels arrive in 5–8 business days. Rural and remote addresses (RD) may take a couple of days longer.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. We send with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and NZ Post.

No surprise charges: all prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. Nothing extra to pay when your parcel turns up.

You can cancel your order free of charge in the following cases:

1. Before dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
2. During transit: If the order is still in transit, you can cancel it.
3. Unopened package: If the package has been delivered but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You initially bear the return shipping costs; these will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the goods.

Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, a processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs. This applies in the following cases:

1. Dissatisfaction with quality: If the product does not meet your quality expectations.
2. Personal preference: If the product simply isn't to your liking.

Refund or Return Within 90 Days Due to Quality Defects

Should quality problems with the product occur within 90 days of use, you have the following options:

1. Request a refund: A processing fee of NZD $52 applies to cover our shipping and handling costs.
2. Request a replacement: We will replace the item with a new product or an equivalent product of the same value, at no additional cost. This replacement option is available once only.

After 90 Days

After 90 days, we no longer offer refunds or returns.
